Understanding Performance

The questions most often asked about the effectiveness and performance of Wealth Management divisions generally fall into four categories, and range from the strategic to the operational and tactical.

While the questions are the right ones to ask, the answers are not always easy to come by, as the information and/or expertise required to answer them is often unavailable, incomplete, or difficult to attain. As a result, in the absence of meaningful, actionable data, many Credit Unions operate wealth management on a best efforts basis, relying on limited or anecdotal information to guide strategic decisions.

This website provides a foundational overview of the architecture required for the effective delivery of wealth management products and services, as well as the interdependencies of the various external providers that influence it. Understanding the full framework and mechanics of delivery will lead to more focused information gathering and empowered decision-making.
